I paid for the order but did not received it

I ordered a large number of items in June 2025. I was notified that the shipment would arrive in two packages. The first package, which only contained two items, arrived quickly. However, the second package simply never arrived. I contacted customer service, who responded immediately and quickly. They claimed that the package was delivered to the building's doorman. They did not provide a name for who the package was delivered to. The building's doorman claims that the package never arrived, and so I was left with a situation where I spent a lot of money and did not receive the goods. I would have expected the company to take responsibility for the situation, but unfortunately it is shirking it. Therefore, even though the clothing is excellent, I would be remiss not to recommend buying from them online.
