These are not great for intense workouts!

Nice fabric, great fit, very comfortable to wear and flattering look. However they are rolling and riding up the thighs when doing intense high energy workouts. They’re short but become even shorter during the workouts. I still wear them for pole dance and they’re perfect for that. But definitely not for intense HIIT type activity.

These shorts fit great and I love the seamless front. The quality of the fabric however is not good. It started to piling after a handful of uses.
