Way Too Long and Runs Small in Shoulders

Very comfortable and soft, very cute. However, it’s way too long on me maybe because I’m 5’4” but it goes past my hips and almost covers my butt. Then it’s too tight in the shoulder areas but again I’m large-chested. Just didn’t work for me and I’d say it runs one size too small in general so size up. I normally wear a XL and that’s the size I ordered. I wish there was a XXL for this. Fit is SNUG. Return wasn’t free bc I had to pay for shipping. Customer service tried to offer 30% refund and I get to keep the item for free but it genuinely didn’t fit so I returned it.
