I like these for running. I am an athletic 5’9” @155 lbs, and purchased medium. The pocket fits an iPhone 12 mini fine secured with a safety pin for running. The medium is a good fit to run in, but I would purchase a large for most other lower impact uses because I do like a baggier short too.
These are amazing. The buttery soft biker shorts underneath remind me of the feel of Lulu aligns. I love them. The fit and length is perfect. Not too short but still short enough! I ordered a small and they fit well. Ordered another pair the day I received my first pair.

Love the concept of biker shorts under running shorts. It fits true to size and the wide waist band keeps the shorts from slipping. The biker shorts is stretchy and not tight. It has a mini pocket on the right leg small enough to fit keys and cc card/money. The small zipper pocket on the back waistband fits smaller items like a hair band/hair clip/chapstick etc. These shorts are super comfy. I bought 3 of the colors and will purchase the other colors once they have them in stock.
