I ordered this bra up in both band and cup, in accordance to the the reviews. I have two Shock Absorber bras, which this bra is modeled after. I have the SA bra in two different sizes (32F and 34E). My true ribcage measurement is 29". All my bras are 32 in band size. I found the La Isla sports bra to run the same as the Shock Absorber sizing. Of the SAs, my better fit is the 34E, but I need a higher/tighter lift. So, the La Isla reviews kept saying it runs small, so I ordered 34F. Uh...should've gone with my first instinct and ordered the 32F or 32E. The 34F band fit perfectly on the tightest hook which means over time it will loosen and be too big. The straps are adjustable and were to long and loose. Even on the lowest/tighest hook, this caused my breasts to sag and just lay into the bra, rather than be hoisted up firmly against my chest. I will return this one for the 32F, though I believe the 32E will be best (size not available in dark blue). Do yourself favor, and order two different sizes to find the proper fit. Wish I had just ordered my normal size.
